To all of our backers,
As was explained in our previous update, we've been working on a new reward shipping schedule.
In order to make the shipping process as smooth as possible, we've decided to change the order of the projects from the previously announced schedule.
First, the rewards for the following projects will be shipped between March and the end of April:
- Grisaia: Phantom Trigger vol.3 to vol.5
- Momoiro Closet
While we get these ready for shipping, we will continue preparing to ship the other projects' rewards, and we will update you with the status of shipping preparations for the above projects, as well as the shipping schedule for the other projects, between March 14th and March 19th.
We apologize to the backers of the projects that were assigned higher priority in the previous updates, but please understand that we aren't changing around the priorities in order to delay the shipments, but rather in order to allow for organizing the order quantities and customer information.

To all of our backers
First of all, please allow us to apologize for how much time has passed since our previous update and for the lack of progress in the shipping of rewards. In this update, we'd like to inform you of the current situation.
Since the resignation of the previous coordinator prior to the previous update, we haven't been able to adequately carry out a handover of duties, resulting in a situation where we're unable to respond to your comments and address change requests in a timely manner. In addition, we haven't been able to respond to most of the emails and individual inquiries we have received from our customers. We sincerely apologize for all inconvenience caused by our lack of foresight.
We're currently cooperating with our suppliers to create a new shipping schedule of rewards for each project. We will provide another update between February 20th and February 22th to give you a more concrete schedule.
We will also try to provide as many images as possible for each product. Due to security and privacy issues at the shipping warehouse, we are not able to go there and take pictures immediately, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide these images in the next update, but we will provide them as soon as possible.
We will endeavor to provide updates every 2 to 3 weeks, or when we have updated information, to let you know the status of preparation and shipment.

Sorry for the space between this and the previous update. Today we want to share with you today the shipping status for the following projects.

For projects not listed here and for items that have not yet shipped, we will be posting another update in September. Please be patient as we will be updating the shipping schedule and confirming your information in the update.
For those supporters who have notified us of address changes since the last update, we will change the registered shipping address. We apologize that we have not been able to reply to each of you individually due to circumstances beyond our control.

Hello everyone,
Let us first apologize for the long absence without updates on our part.
As some of you might already know due to being backers of that project, we were focusing on our oldest campaign, “Sharin no Kuni” because we are planning to ship its rewards during the month of September. However, due to various problems including staffing issues we are currently trying to overcome the hurdles and proceed with this plan.
We are currently working on the schedule for “Sharin no Kuni”, and when we do so we plan on working with the schedule below:
- Sharin no Kuni: planned for September (address check: until mid-September) *please refer to the campaign itself for more details
- Wonderful Everyday: planned for September-October (address check: until mid-late September)
- ISLAND: planned for October (address check: until the first of October)
- Loca-Love: planned for October (address check: until the first of October)
- Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.3-Vol.5: planned for October-November (address check: until mid-October)
- Grisaia Phantom Trigger: The Animation: planned for November-December (address check: until the first of November)
We believe that this update is not sufficient to explain the details of each project, so we will update you with more details within the next two weeks.
We will also let you know about shipping updates for remaining rewards other than the above in their campaign pages during the month of September.
We deeply apologize for making our backers wait this long, and we will keep working on getting everyone’s rewards shipped.

Hello everyone, this is Frontwing’s International team.
Our apologies for the long absence without updates.
The schedule we shared with you in the previous update fell through due to the restrictions that are still in place for shipping to certain countries and the difficulty of securing containers for these places to which we cannot use either SAL or EMS.
However, we have been able to reorganize our schedule with our shipping and warehouse partners and will be proceeding with the necessary preparations. Starting from next month, we will be updating you at fixed intervals with shipping progress, and also photos when possible.
